The kit includes rugged industrial-duty regenerative and centrifugal blowers, designed to supply clean oil-free air without contaminants, unlike traditional compressors, vacuum pumps, and blowers. These blowers are energy-efficient, operating effectively at lower pressures and flows, and virtually maintenance-free due to fewer moving parts, leading to longer lifespans compared to typical vacuum pumps and compressors. They produce low acoustical noise levels, operating between 51-81 dB, and are compact in size, making them lighter and easier to handle. The blowers feature impellers, housings, and mounting bases constructed from cast aluminum alloy for reduced weight, maximum strength, and corrosion resistance. Standard features include 50/60 Hz motors with a wide voltage range, built-in thermal protectors for overload protection, double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings, and high-quality shaft oil seals between the impeller and bearings to guard against air contamination. Optional anodizing for additional corrosion resistance and retrofit bases and flanges are available to match varying dimensional requirements. The motor shaft-mounted impeller or direct drive technology eliminates the need for belts, couplings, and gears, while tighter tolerances between the impellers and housings enhance flow and pressure efficiency. Additional components such as a pressure gauge, pressure filter canister, vacuum filter canister, relief valve, check valve, silencer, vacuum filter element, and pressure filter element are available for separate purchase. The blower units are CUL/CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
