The kit includes regenerative and centrifugal blowers designed to supply clean, oil-free air without contaminants, offering energy efficiency by requiring lower pressures and flows compared to traditional compressors and vacuum pumps. These blowers are virtually maintenance-free due to fewer moving parts, resulting in longer service life. They operate at low acoustical noise levels ranging from 51-81 dB, making them suitable for quieter environments. Constructed for rugged industrial duty, these blowers are built to run continuously and are compact in size, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant thanks to cast aluminum alloy components. Standard features include 50 / 60 Hz motors, built-in thermal protectors for overload protection, double shielded stainless steel sealed bearings, and high-quality shaft oil seals to prevent air contamination. Optional anodizing for corrosion resistance and retrofit bases and flanges for dimensional customization are available. The impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft, eliminating the need for belts, couplings, and gears, while tighter tolerances between the impellers and housings enhance flow and pressure efficiency. Additional accessories such as pressure gauges, pressure filter canisters, vacuum filter canisters, relief valves, check valves, silencers, vacuum filter elements, and pressure filter elements can be purchased separately. The product is also CUL/CSA certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
