Soft, pliant, all-cotton terry cloth gloves are designed for handling hot objects out of the autoclave or oven, providing exceptional heat protection in laboratory, educational, or industrial settings. These gloves are heat-resistant up to 232°C (450°F) and serve as a safe alternative to hazardous asbestos gloves. Available in gauntlet styles of two lengths for enhanced wrist and forearm protection, the gloves feature a bright orange color for high visibility. They are machine washable and can be air dried or utilized with the Lab-Aire® II glove holder (F18931-0000) for drying on any Lab-Aire® dryer. It is important to note that these gloves are not waterproof and should not be used for handling dry ice.
