The rack is designed as a great alternative to wire racks, offering price and space-saving advantages over other plastic racks. Constructed from a special blend of autoclavable polypropylene, it is engineered to sink in a water bath and maintain stability even in agitated water, making it ideal for various laboratory applications. The rack can be utilized both in and outside the water bath, meeting the demands of daily usage in the lab. It comes in numerous hole sizes and offers a choice of three colors for safety and identification purposes. Each rack includes end plates for labeling, along with numbered and lettered rows for tube identification. Additionally, interlocking feet facilitate the stacking of racks for convenient storage. The dimensions of all racks are 24.6 x 10.4 x 6.4 cm high (9.7 x 4.1 x 2.5") and they can be assembled in seconds. The racks are steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F).
