The rack kit provides a great alternative to wire racks, offering price and space-saving advantages over other plastic racks. Constructed from a special blend of autoclavable polypropylene, these racks are designed to sink in a water bath and maintain stability even in agitated water, making them suitable for both water bath and non-water bath applications in laboratory settings. The racks are available in numerous hole sizes and come in three colors for safety and identification. Each rack includes end plates for labeling, numbered and lettered rows for tube identification, and interlocking feet that allow for stacking during storage. The dimensions of all racks are 24.6 x 10.4 x 6.4 cm high (9.7 x 4.1 x 2.5 inches), and they can be assembled in seconds. The racks are steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F).
