Severe duty motors, ranging from 1 HP to 700 HP, are specifically engineered to withstand harsh environmental conditions, making them ideal for applications in petro-chemical plants, mines, foundries, pulp and paper plants, waste management facilities, rock crushers, and chemical plants. These motors boast features such as a Super-E Premium Efficient Motor design, a 1.15 service factor, a corrosion-resistant epoxy finish, regreasable ball bearings, and an oversized rotatable cast iron conduit box. Additionally, they are equipped with a Forsheda® shaft seal, moisture-resistant copper windings, Class F insulation, a stainless steel nameplate, and corrosion-resistant hardware. These motors are also tropicalized to ensure optimal performance in demanding environments.
