Key features include a compact square laminated steel frame (FL210-L440, with FL180 being extruded aluminum) designed for vector duty, 1000:1 constant torque, premium class H insulation rating of 40 C ambient and 1.0 service factor, three normally closed thermostats (one per phase), VPI insulation, and insulated O.D.E. bearing which is standard on all L440 frames. The kit includes a 1024 PPR hollow shaft encoder with an MS twist lock connector, making it ideal for applications such as test stands, extruders, conveyors, crane and hoist systems, converting, web processing, traction duty, winders, and printing.
