The Tach Generator, model ENC00NV, is an electrically isolated encoder with a resolution of 1024 Pulses Per Revolution (PPR). The kit includes tach mounting kits that supply an adapter, coupling, accessory shaft, and necessary mounting hardware. This setup allows for easy mounting onto an 8.5-inch accessory face on most large DC motors. The primary application of this device is to provide speed feedback for control systems, while the encoders also offer position feedback capabilities.
