The conveyor kit includes a standard specification set featuring a bed that measures 6-5/8" deep and is constructed from 12 ga. formed steel, finished with powder coat paint. The bed is reinforced with 3/4" pipe, which creates sockets for guard rails. The ultimate 140BBS nitrile belt is included, along with an end drive positioned on the discharge end of the conveyor, and a chain guard on the left-hand side. The drive pulley has a diameter of 8" with a 1-3/16" diameter shaft at the bearings, and is machine crowned and fully lagged. The tail pulley measures 6" in diameter with a 1-3/16" diameter shaft at bearings, also machine crowned. The adjustable snub idler measures 2-1/8" in diameter for the tail end and 2-1/2" in diameter for the drive end, both equipped with pre-lubricated ball bearings. Guards are included, and the return idler features an adjustable 1.9" diameter with pre-lubricated ball bearings as well. The take-up mechanism is located at the tail pulley, providing 4" of belt take-up. The system features sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning ball bearings on both the drive and tail pulleys. A 1 HP, 230V 3 phase TEFC premium energy efficient motor drives the conveyor, utilizing a sealed worm gear C-face speed reducer and a No. 50 roller chain to connect to the drive pulley. The belt operates at a constant speed of 65 feet per minute and has a maximum capacity of 100 lbs per linear foot. Please note that floor supports are not included and should be ordered separately.
