The conveyor system features a bed measuring 6-5/8" deep and constructed from 12 ga. formed steel with a powder coat finish. It is reinforced with 3/4" pipe, which accommodates sockets for guard rails. The belt utilized is the Ultimate 140BBS nitrile belt. The end drive is positioned on the discharge end of the conveyor and includes a chain guard on the left-hand side. The drive pulley has a diameter of 8" with a 1-3/16" diameter shaft at the bearings, is machine crowned, and fully lagged. The tail pulley measures 6" in diameter with a 1-3/16" diameter shaft at the bearings and is also machine crowned. The snub idler is adjustable, measuring 2-1/8" in diameter for the tail end and 2-1/2" in diameter for the drive end, with pre-lubricated ball bearings included. The return idler features an adjustable 1.9" diameter with pre-lubricated ball bearings. The take-up at the tail pulley allows for 4" of belt take-up, and the bearings provided are sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball bearings for both the drive and tail pulleys. The motor is a 1 HP, 115-volt, 1-phase, 60 Hz premium energy-efficient C-face motor. It also includes a sealed worm gear C-face speed reducer and utilizes a No. 50 roller chain to the drive pulley. The belt maintains a constant speed of 65 feet per minute (FPM) and has a maximum load capacity of 100 lbs per linear foot of conveyor.
