The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts paired with plated steel locknuts. A stainless steel welded liner effectively closes the opening between the clamp ends during tightening, ensuring a secure connection. The smooth inner band is designed to prevent hoses from being cut or bulging, providing greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. Additionally, this design assures an equalized 360° clamping force around the hose for tight connections. Notably, the HC095 and HC100 models do not feature a floating bridge.
