The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts paired with plated steel locknuts. A stainless steel welded liner effectively closes the opening between clamp ends during tightening, while a smooth inner band prevents hoses from being cut or bulging, enabling greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. Additionally, the band ensures equalized 360° clamping force around the hose for tight connections. It is important to note that HC095 and HC100 models do not feature a floating bridge.
