The HydraStar T-bolt clamp, model HC300, features a nominal diameter of 3-3/4", a minimum diameter of 3.53", and a maximum diameter of 3.84". It includes heat-treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts paired with plated steel locknuts for secure fastening. A stainless steel welded liner effectively closes the opening between the clamp ends during tightening, while a smooth inner band prevents hoses from being cut or bulging, thus enhancing torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. This design ensures equalized 360° clamping force around the hose, resulting in tight connections. It is important to note that models HC095 and HC100 do not feature a floating bridge.
