The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts paired with plated steel locknuts. Featured is a stainless steel welded liner that effectively closes the opening between clamp ends during tightening, ensuring a smooth inner band that prevents hoses from being cut or bulging. This design allows for greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. Additionally, the band guarantees an equalized 360° clamping force around the hose for tight connections. It is important to note that the HC095 and HC100 models do not have a floating bridge.
