HydraStar™ hydraulic motors are designed for medium duty applications, featuring an economical, efficient, small, compact, and powerful construction. These motors incorporate an industry-proven spool valve design paired with advanced gerotors, ensuring high performance. The kit includes a wide variety of mounting flanges compatible with a 1" diameter straight shaft and a Woodruff keyway, as well as a 1/2" NPT port for flexible design options. Users can control the direction of shaft rotation and shaft speed easily and smoothly throughout the motor's speed range, allowing for direct driving of equipment and reducing the need for costly mechanical components. The motors can handle a maximum intermittent pressure at the motor inlet port of 172 bar (2500 psi), without regard to bar (a psi) and/or back pressure ratings or their combinations, although simultaneous maximum torque and maximum speed are not recommended.
