The kit includes heat-treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts with plated steel locknuts. It features a stainless steel welded liner that closes the opening between clamp ends during tightening, ensuring a secure fit. The design incorporates a smooth inner band that prevents hoses from being cut or bulging, while allowing greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. Additionally, the band assures equalized 360° clamping force around the hose, resulting in tight connections. It is important to note that models HC095 and HC100 do not have a floating bridge.
