The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts along with plated steel locknuts. It features a stainless steel welded liner that effectively closes the opening between clamp ends during tightening. The design includes a smooth inner band that prevents hoses from being cut or bulging, providing greater torquing capability than conventional worm gear clamps. This band also ensures equalized 360° clamping force around the hose, resulting in tight connections. Notably, models HC095 and HC100 do not come with a floating bridge.
