The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts along with plated steel locknuts. A stainless steel welded liner effectively closes the opening between the clamp ends during tightening, ensuring a secure fit. The smooth inner band prevents hoses from being cut or bulging while allowing for greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. Additionally, the design of the band guarantees an equalized 360° clamping force around the hose, promoting tight connections. It is important to note that the HC095 and HC100 models do not feature a floating bridge.
