The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts along with plated steel locknuts. It features a stainless steel welded liner that closes the opening between clamp ends during tightening, ensuring a secure fit. The smooth inner band is designed to prevent hoses from being cut or bulging, which allows for greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. Additionally, the band provides equalized 360° clamping force around the hose, facilitating tight connections. It is important to note that models HC095 and HC100 do not include a floating bridge.
