The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts paired with plated steel locknuts. A stainless steel welded liner effectively closes the opening between clamp ends during tightening, while the smooth inner band prevents hoses from being cut or bulging, allowing for greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. This design ensures equalized 360° clamping force around the hose, resulting in tight connections. Please note that the HC095 and HC100 models do not feature a floating bridge.
