The kit includes heat treated 1/4"-28 UNF-3A plated steel T-bolts, complemented by plated steel locknuts. A stainless steel welded liner effectively closes the opening between clamp ends during tightening, ensuring a secure fit. The design features a smooth inner band that prevents hoses from being cut or bulging, while allowing greater torquing capability compared to conventional worm gear clamps. This construction guarantees equalized 360° clamping force around the hose, resulting in tight connections. It is important to note that models HC095 and HC100 do not include a floating bridge.
