The kit features a push to connect design that eliminates the need to retract the sleeve for connection. It includes a locking sleeve standard on all sizes to prevent accidental disconnection during operation and is rated for 5,000 PSI with a 4 to 1 safety factor. The design ensures minimal spillage upon disconnection and no air inclusion upon connection. It is compatible with brands such as Parker®, Faster®, Holmbury, and Safeway®. Additionally, a push on "toilet seat" style dust protector for the coupler side is included to help keep contaminants from entering the hydraulic system. The product is manufactured to ISO 16028 specifications. Please note that the standard "FF" series couplings are not designed for connection or disconnection under pressure, although it is possible to connect the plug into the coupler with up to 200 lbs. of residual pressure.
