The kit features a push to connect design that eliminates the need to retract the sleeve for connection, incorporating a locking sleeve standard on all sizes to prevent accidental disconnection during operation. With a 5,000 PSI rating and a 4 to 1 safety factor, it allows for very minimal spillage upon disconnection and ensures no air inclusion during connection. This product is comparable to Parker®, Faster®, Holmbury, and Safeway® brands. Additionally, it includes a push-on "toilet seat" style dust protector for the coupler side, which helps keep contaminants from entering the hydraulic system. The couplings are manufactured to ISO 16028 specifications, although it is important to note that the standard "FF" series couplings are not designed to connect or disconnect under pressure, despite the ability to connect the plug into the coupler with up to 200 lbs. of residual pressure.
