The kit includes a push to connect design that eliminates the need to retract the sleeve for connection, featuring a locking sleeve standard on all sizes to prevent accidental disconnection during operation. It boasts a 5,000 PSI rating with a 4 to 1 safety factor, ensuring very minimal spillage upon disconnection and no air inclusion upon connection. This product is comparable to Parker®, Faster®, Holmbury, and Safeway® brands. A push on "toilet seat" style dust protector for the coupler side is included to help keep contaminants from entering the hydraulic system. It is manufactured to ISO 16028 specifications. Please note that the standard "FF" series couplings are not designed to connect or disconnect under pressure, although it is possible to connect the plug into the coupler with up to 200 lbs. of residual pressure.
