Each coupling is equipped with a locking sleeve, standard across all sizes, to prevent accidental disconnection during operation. It boasts a pressure rating of 5,000 PSI and has a safety factor of 4 to 1, minimizing spillage upon disconnection and eliminating air inclusion upon connection. This product is comparable to brands such as Parker®, Faster®, Holmbury, and Safeway®. Additionally, it includes a push-on "toilet seat" style dust protector on the coupler side, which helps prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system. The manufacturing process adheres to ISO 16028 specifications. It is essential to note that the standard "FF" series couplings are not designed for connection or disconnection under pressure, although it is possible to connect the plug into the coupler with up to 200 lbs. of residual pressure.
