The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 5' 2" in length and is 1/4" wide, featuring a tooth configuration of 14/18 TPI and a thickness of 0.035". This blade is engineered for contour cutting and boasts several key features, including a faster cutting capability due to its M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge, which enables it to operate at twice the speed of standard carbon blades for quicker and more efficient cutting. Additionally, it offers a longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades in general-purpose hand-fed applications. It is suitable for various environments, including tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities, and is made with a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge paired with a durable spring steel backing material. The Lenox Diemaster 2® is capable of cutting hardwoods and all metals, ranging from mild to stainless steel, when used at the appropriate blade speeds.
