The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 4' 8-7/8" long and 1/4" wide, with a tooth configuration of 14/18 TPI and a thickness of 0.025 inches. It is specifically engineered for contour cutting, featuring an M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge that enables faster cutting, operating at twice the speed of carbon blades. This blade offers a longer lifespan, lasting up to ten times longer than carbon blades, making it suitable for general-purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. Additionally, the combination of the cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge and durable spring steel backing material allows for cutting through hard woods and various metals, including mild and stainless steel, when used at appropriate blade speeds.
