The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 7' 9" long by 3/8" wide, featuring 3 teeth per inch (TPI) and a thickness of 0.025 inches. This blade is specifically engineered for contour cutting and incorporates M-42 high-speed steel tooth edges that enable faster cutting, operating at twice the speed of carbon blades for more efficient and easier cutting processes. Designed for general-purpose hand-fed applications, it boasts a longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it ideal for tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. The blade's construction combines cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge with a durable spring steel backing material, allowing it to effectively cut through hardwoods and all metals, including mild through stainless steel, when utilized at the appropriate blade speeds.
