The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 7' 9-1/4" long and 1/2" wide, featuring a 6 TPI and a thickness of 0.025". It is specifically engineered for contour cutting and incorporates an M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge that allows for faster cutting, operating at twice the speed of traditional carbon blades. This blade is designed for longer life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it ideal for general-purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. The construction includes a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge paired with a durable spring steel backing material, enabling it to cut hard woods and all metals, from mild to stainless steel, when used at the appropriate blade speeds.
