The Lenox Diemaster 2™ CTL bandsaw blade measures 5' 2" long x 3/8" wide, featuring 14 teeth per inch (TPI) and a thickness of 0.025 inches. Engineered specifically for contour cutting, this blade incorporates M-42 high-speed steel tooth edges that facilitate faster cutting, operating at twice the speed of conventional carbon blades. With an impressive blade life, the Diemaster 2 lasts up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it ideal for general-purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. Additionally, the blade's construction combines cobalt high-speed steel for the teeth with a durable spring steel backing, ensuring compatibility with hard woods and various metals, including mild and stainless steel, when used at the appropriate blade speeds.
