The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 12' 6" in length, 3/8" in width, and features 6 TPI with a thickness of 0.025". Engineered specifically for contour cutting, this blade utilizes an M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge that enables it to operate at twice the speed of standard carbon blades, leading to faster and easier cutting. Its design ensures a longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it suitable for general-purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. The blade combines a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge with a durable spring steel backing material, allowing it to efficiently cut hardwoods and various metals, including mild and stainless steel, when used at the appropriate blade speeds.
