The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 7' 7-1/2" long by 1/2" wide, with a tooth pitch of 10/14 TPI and a thickness of 0.025 inches, specifically engineered for contour cutting. It features a faster cutting capability with an M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge that operates at twice the speed of carbon blades, resulting in quicker and more efficient cutting. The blade is designed for longevity, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it ideal for general-purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. Constructed with a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge and a durable spring steel backing material, this blade effectively cuts hard woods and all metals, including mild through stainless steel, when used at the appropriate blade speeds.
