The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 7' 5" long and 1/2" wide, with an 8/12 TPI and a thickness of 0.025 inches. This blade is engineered specifically for contour cutting and features a M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge that operates at twice the speed of carbon blades, providing faster and easier cutting. It boasts a longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it ideal for general-purpose hand-fed applications, tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. The combination of cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge and a durable spring steel backing material enhances its performance. This blade is capable of cutting hard woods and all metals, from mild through stainless steel, when utilized at the appropriate blade speeds.
