The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 12' 6" long and 3/8" wide, with a tooth pitch of 14/18 TPI and a thickness of 0.025". It is specifically engineered for contour cutting, featuring an M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge that enables faster cutting. This blade operates at twice the speed of carbon blades, resulting in faster and easier cutting, and boasts a blade life that surpasses carbon blades, lasting up to 10 times longer for general-purpose hand-fed applications. It is ideal for use in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities, thanks to its cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge combined with a durable spring steel backing. The Lenox Diemaster 2® is capable of cutting hardwoods and all metals, from mild to stainless steel, when used at the appropriate blade speeds.
