The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 9' 5" long and 1/2" wide, with a tooth configuration of 14/18 TPI and a thickness of 0.025 inches, specifically engineered for contour cutting. It features a high-speed steel tooth edge made from M-42 cobalt, enabling faster cuts that run at twice the speed of traditional carbon blades, resulting in quicker and easier cutting. This blade boasts a longer lifespan, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades and is designed for general purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. It effectively cuts hard woods and all metals, from mild steel to stainless steel, when utilized at the appropriate blade speeds. The durable spring steel backing material enhances the blade's performance and longevity.
