The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 8' 9" long and 3/8" wide, featuring 10/14 teeth per inch and a thickness of 0.035 inches. Engineered specifically for contour cutting, this blade is equipped with an M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge that enables faster cutting, running at twice the speed of standard carbon blades. This results in a longer blade life, as it can last up to 10 times longer than carbon blades during general purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. The blade is constructed with a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge paired with a durable spring steel backing material, making it capable of cutting hardwoods and all types of metals, including mild and stainless steel, when operated at appropriate blade speeds.
