The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 14' 11" long and 3/8" wide, with a thickness of 0.025 inches and a tooth pitch of 14/18 TPI. This blade is specifically engineered for contour cutting and features a high-speed M-42 steel tooth edge that allows for faster cutting at twice the speed of traditional carbon blades, thereby facilitating easier cutting. It boasts a longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it ideal for general-purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. Constructed with a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge and a durable spring steel backing material, this blade is capable of cutting hard woods and various metals, including mild through stainless steel, when used at the appropriate blade speeds.
