The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 14' 6" long and is 1/2" wide with 8/12 TPI and a thickness of 0.025". It is engineered specifically for contour cutting and features a M-42 high speed steel tooth edge, enabling faster cutting at twice the speed of carbon blades, resulting in quicker and easier operations. Additionally, this blade boasts a longer life, lasting up to 10 times longer than traditional carbon blades, making it ideal for general purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. The combination of cobalt high speed steel tooth edge and a durable spring steel backing material allows this blade to cut through hardwoods and all metals, including mild through stainless steel, when utilized at the appropriate blade speeds.
