The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 9' long and 1/2" wide, featuring 14/18 TPI and a thickness of 0.025". This blade is engineered for contour cutting and includes a high-speed M-42 steel tooth edge that enables faster cutting, running at twice the speed of carbon blades. It is built for a longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it suitable for general-purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. The blade is constructed with a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge and a durable spring steel backing material, allowing it to cut hard woods and all metals, including mild through stainless steel, when used at the appropriate blade speeds.
