The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 9' 11" long and is 1/2" wide, featuring a tooth pitch of 14/18 TPI and a thickness of 0.025 inches. This blade is specifically engineered for contour cutting, providing faster cutting capabilities due to its M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge, which operates at twice the speed of traditional carbon blades. It offers a significantly longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades in general-purpose hand-fed applications, making it suitable for tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. The blade is constructed with a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge and a durable spring steel backing material, enabling it to effectively cut hard woods and all metals, including mild and stainless steel, when utilized at the appropriate blade speeds.
