The Lenox Diemaster 2™ CTL bandsaw blade measures 7' 10-1/4" long and 1/2" wide, with 18 TPI and a thickness of 0.035 inches. This blade is engineered for contour cutting and features a M-42 high speed steel tooth edge, enabling faster cutting at twice the speed of traditional carbon blades. It boasts a longer blade life, lasting up to 10 times longer than carbon blades in general purpose hand-fed applications. Ideal for tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities, this blade is constructed with a combination of cobalt high speed steel tooth edge and durable spring steel backing material. It effectively cuts hard woods and all metals, including mild and stainless steel, when operated at the appropriate blade speeds.
