The Lenox Diemaster 2® CTL bandsaw blade measures 19' 2" long and 3/8" wide, featuring 6 teeth per inch (TPI) and a thickness of 0.035 inches, specifically engineered for contour cutting. This blade incorporates an M-42 high-speed steel tooth edge, allowing it to operate at twice the speed of standard carbon blades, resulting in faster and easier cutting. Designed for longevity, it boasts a blade life that lasts up to 10 times longer than carbon blades, making it suitable for general-purpose hand-fed applications in tool and die shops, machine shops, and maintenance facilities. Constructed with a cobalt high-speed steel tooth edge and a durable spring steel backing material, this blade is capable of cutting a variety of materials, including hard woods and all metals, from mild to stainless steel, provided it is utilized at the appropriate blade speeds.
