The Start International ZCM1000NS electronic tape dispenser is designed for double-sided, VHB tapes and similar high-tack tapes, automatically cutting and advancing predefined tape lengths, making it suitable for medium to high production of repetitive taping in industrial applications. It features a special non-stick advancement roller that accommodates various tape types, with preset lengths ranging from 51/64" to 39" (20mm to 999mm), which can be overridden for custom cuts before reverting to auto feed settings. The dispenser allows for adjustable feed roller pressure to cater to different tape thicknesses and ensures a straight guillotined cut, with an estimated blade life of 200,000 cuts, depending on the tape material used. The cut length tolerance is 0.04" (1mm), and it is compatible with tape widths from 0.28" to 2" (7mm to 50mm) and can handle outside roll diameters of up to 7" (178mm). The unit includes a 3-in-1 core holder (1", 1.4", 3") and features a durable steel frame.
