The Zoeller N163 Flow-Mate is designed for septic tank applications, specifically for Low Pressure Pipe (LPP) and Enhanced Flow Step Systems. This effluent or dewatering submersible pump features a 1 1/2" NPT discharge and is capable of passing 3/4" spherical solids. The pump is equipped with integral float-operated mechanical switch functionality, eliminating the need for external controls. Its construction includes a durable cast iron switch case, base, motor, and pump housing, all featuring a corrosion-resistant, powder-coated epoxy finish. The design minimizes clogging with no screens, and utilizes a neoprene square ring and gasket, alongside stainless steel screws, bolts, float rod, handle, guard, arm, and seal assembly. The comprehensive assembly ensures reliable operation and longevity in demanding environments.
