Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs are designed for high performance and flexibility within a compact, lightweight framework. The kit includes a 3/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, a piggyback filter/regulator featuring a manual drain to eliminate particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, and an air control regulator equipped with a gauge, as well as an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator are fitted with 5 oz. poly bowls with guards. This system operates with a maximum pressure of 150 PSI, an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and functions effectively in temperatures between 40°F and 150°F. The unique design allows for various mounting configurations including side, top, individual, and custom arrangements, with regulator mounting options available both up and down. The adjustments for the regulator and lubricator are facilitated through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered to accommodate standard size pipe nipples. Additionally, special optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, ensuring unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
