Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's are designed for high performance and flexibility, featuring a compact and lightweight structure. The kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of all components, an OSHA lockout slide valve, and a filter with a manual drain capable of removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. The air control regulator comes with a gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics Ultra Fog lubricator, while both the filter and lubricator are equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls. The system operates at a maximum pressure of 250 PSI, with an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and can function within a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F. The design allows for simple installation and removal in various configurations, with regulator mounting options available for both upward and downward orientation, as well as side, top, and custom mounting possibilities. Additionally, special optional diverter blocks facilitate air supply to secondary locations, promoting unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
