Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design. A screwdriver is the only tool needed to connect or disconnect units, while the insert interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location. Installation or removal is possible from one plane without disturbing existing piping, and regulator mounting can be oriented either up or down. The unique design permits side, top, individual, and custom mounting, with regulator and lubricator adjustments facilitated by a three-position tamper-resistant knob. These units are designed for compatibility with standard size pipe nipples, and special optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation in air preparation systems. The kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator/lubricator combination with end ports for easy removal of components. It features a filter with manual drain capable of removing particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. The air control regulator comes equipped with a gauge and is paired with the Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. The filter and lubricator are fitted with 5 oz. poly bowls with guards, and the system operates at a maximum pressure of 150 PSI, with a working range of 5-125 PSI and a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F.
