Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design. A screwdriver is the only tool needed to connect or disconnect units, and an insert interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location. Units can be installed or removed from one plane without disturbing existing piping, and regulator mounting can be oriented either up or down. The unique design enables side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered to permit use with standard size pipe nipples. Optional diverter blocks are available to supply air to secondary locations, providing unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. The 1/4" filter/regulator/lubricator combination includes a filter with a manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns, along with an air control regulator equipped with a gauge and Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator feature 5 oz. poly bowls with guards, with a maximum pressure of 150 PSI and an operating range of 5-125 PSI, suitable for temperatures ranging from 40°F to 150°F.
