Arrow Pneumatics modular FRL's offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design. The kit includes a 3/8" filter/regulator/lubricator combination that features a filter with a manual drain for the removal of particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 microns. It comes equipped with an air control regulator that has a gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics Ultra Fog lubricator. Both the filter and lubricator feature 5 oz. poly bowls with guards. The system operates at a maximum pressure of 150 PSI with an operating range of 5-125 PSI and can function within a temperature range of 40°F to 150°F. The design allows for easy installation and removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping, with options for regulator mounting either up or down, and the flexibility for side, top, individual, and custom mounting. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs. The modular system is engineered for use with standard size pipe nipples and includes optional diverter blocks for supplying air to secondary locations, allowing for unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems.
