Arrow Pneumatics modular FRLs offer high performance and flexibility in a compact, lightweight design, requiring only a screwdriver for connection or disconnection of units. The insert interlocking feature allows for simple installation in any location, enabling installation or removal from one plane without disturbing existing piping. Regulator mounting can be positioned either up or down, while the unique design permits side, top, individual, and custom mounting options. Regulator and lubricator adjustments are made through three-position, tamper-resistant knobs, and the system is engineered for use with standard size pipe nipples. This kit includes a 1/4" modular filter/regulator and lubricator duo combination with end ports for easy removal of all components. It features a piggyback filter/regulator with a manual drain that removes particulate, dirt, debris, pipe scale, rust, and water down to 40 micron. The air control regulator comes with a gauge and an Arrow Pneumatics fog lubricator, both equipped with 6 oz. metal bowls. The system operates at a maximum pressure of 200 PSI, with an operating range of 5-125 PSI, and is designed to function within temperature parameters of 40°F to 150°F.
